A loyal customer asked us to install a new Videx intercom system at their house in North Edinburgh and a security magnetic lock ( mag lock) to control who can enter the property.

The existing Videx intercom system has worked tirelessly for around 15 years but after undertaking lots of refurbishment at the house the owners opted for a more modern GSM based system with mobile phone App functionality.

Working alongside the bespoke joinery company and the local blacksmith all parties were able to work together, communicating via email after two site visits to deliver an exceptional finished product.

Our intercom benefits from a keypad module which makes access simple and secure for trusted visitors such as the gardener while family can use a keyring sized proximity fob which is simply presented to the intercom unit. Another great feature is that all proximity fobs are uniquely addressable, meaning that if ever one was lost, it can simply and quickly be removed from the systems programming.
