FAAC B680 Car Park Barrier

A commercial customer in Stirling approached Auto Entry Ltd with the requirement for a barrier system to help control the flow of traffic into their busy yard to the rear of the site.

The growing construction supplies business had issues with customers straying into the holding compound where fork lift trucks operate, creating a hazard. The decision was made to install a FAAC B680 barrier arm with integrated LED stop/go lighting in both the arm and the main chassis.

An Advanced Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera allowed entry for registered vehicles while a BEA Systems LZR (laser) was installed as a safety device as well as to allow free-exit for any vehicles already on-site, wishing to leave.
