FAAC S800 Underground Operators

Our customer requested a solid and reliable solution for his heavy estate gates just to the South of Edinburgh. For this we installed the top of the range FAAC s800 underground operators which come with inbuilt obstacle detection and advanced digital encoders for precision operation and added safety. With a full compliment of Safety Photocells and fully Force Tested to meet current regulations this is a rugged system which is discreet and will operate tirelessly for many many years to come.

As on all Auto Entry installations we upgraded the Control Board to the latest type and installed the most recent Firmware.

The existing installation was safely removed and disposed of and at the same time we installed a new electricity isolator as the old system was powered by a standard plug top into an outdoor socket! Now the installation is fully IP65 rated and meets BS7671:2008 Wiring Regulations.
